How much does bespoke software cost?
That depends on the scope of the project. Once the concept has been finalised, you will receive a fixed price or a clear cost estimate before development begins. This means you’ll know in advance what to expect.
How long does development take?
An initial usable tool is often ready within a few weeks, whilst larger applications are developed in stages over several months. You will receive a realistic timetable with the concept.
Who owns the software afterwards?
We clearly set out the rights to your software in the contract in advance, including the full source code if requested.
Can existing programmes be integrated?
In most cases, yes. As long as a system offers an interface or a data export function, it can be integrated. We’ll check this straight away during the initial consultation.
What happens if our requirements change?
This is normal and part of the plan. As we develop in stages, changes can be incorporated after each stage.
Where is our data stored?
Wherever you want it: on your own servers or with a hosting provider of your choice, exclusively in Germany if you wish.
