During a free initial consultation, you can tell us where you’re running into problems. We’ll ask follow-up questions until we fully understand your processes, and we’ll give you an honest assessment of whether developing bespoke software is worthwhile.
Concept
You can see in advance exactly what you’ll get.
We set out exactly what the software needs to be able to do and show you clickable mock-ups of the key screens. You’ll also receive a clear breakdown of costs and a timeframe.
Development
In stages, which you will help to test.
We develop in short stages. After each stage, you can view and test the current progress, and your feedback is incorporated directly into the next stage.
Introduction and training
Your team will get off to a confident start.
We’ll take over your data, train your team and support you during the first few weeks of live operation until everything is running smoothly.
Operations
We’re here to support you every step of the way.
We take care of updates, security and data backup, and continue to develop the software in collaboration with you.
